The Insurance Times Five Star ratings are the first at a glance guide to insurer experience created for brokers by brokers.

The ratings distil the key findings of the well-established Broker Service Survey into an indispensable advice tool to help brokers select the right insurer for clients. They also help insurers benchmark performance and stand out as an exceptional broker partner.

This site features the 2024 ratings based on the latest Broker Service Survey, plus links to the 2023 ratings microsite, allowing year-on-year comparison.

Registered users can access the top level Five Star results by insurer. Click here for access.

Subscribers can compare by specific service areas including claims, underwriting, coverage and relationship handling. Subscribers can see how insurers performed in different market broker segments and review how insurers have performed over the past five years. Subscribers also get access to a digital edition version of the Commercial Lines Five Star ratings report.
