Coversure has expanded its presence in the south west with the opening of a new office in Yeovil, led by Scott Allen.

Allen joins the network with more than 11 years of insurance broking experience in the local market and plans to build a community-focused broker serving both personal and commercial clients throughout Somerset.

Latest addition
The Yeovil office is the latest addition to the Coversure network and is one of several new branches launched by the group this year as it continues to grow its footprint across the UK.

Coversure said the launch reflects continuing demand from insurance professionals looking to establish independent brokers while benefiting from the support of a larger network.
Allen said: “I’m excited to join the Coversure network because it offers the ideal balance between independence and support. I wanted the freedom to build and grow my own brokerage, while still benefiting from established insurer relationships, market access, marketing support and operational expertise.
”That combination gives me a strong platform from which to serve clients and develop the business for the long-term.”

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
