’We have ambitious plans for our commercial and delegated authority businesses and strengthening our distribution capability is an important part of delivering that growth,’ says group customer acquisition and engagement director
Bspoke Group has made two senior hires, appointing Jim Cadle as head of distribution and Ryan Biggs as business development manager.

The appointments are intended to support growth across the group’s specialist underwriting businesses and strengthen relationships with brokers and distribution partners.
Cadle joins the business with experience gained at Eaton Gate, Geo Underwriting and Dual. In his new role, he will lead Bspoke’s distribution strategy, focusing on broker engagement, new business opportunities and supporting growth across the wider group.
Biggs joins from Geo Underwriting and Glowsure and will work alongside Cadle to develop broker and partner relationships and increase awareness of Bspoke’s specialist propositions.
Both report to Nick Grazier, group customer acquisition and engagement director.
Ongoing investment
Bspoke said the hires form part of its ongoing investment in its commercial, delegated authority and private clients divisions.

The group recently moved to bring its commercial and delegated authority businesses closer together under a single leadership structure, with the aim of improving decision-making and creating additional trading opportunities for brokers.
Grazier said: “Cadle and Biggs are fantastic additions to the team and bring with them strong market experience and relationships.
“We have ambitious plans for our commercial and delegated authority businesses and strengthening our distribution capability is an important part of delivering that growth.”
Cadle said his initial focus would be on developing a clear distribution strategy and supporting broker engagement.
He said: “Bspoke has a strong range of specialist capabilities and real ambition for growth.
“The opportunity now is to build a clear, joined-up distribution strategy that brings those capabilities to market effectively and makes it easier for brokers to understand where and how they can trade with us.”
Biggs added: “For me, business development starts with strong relationships, understanding what brokers need, where the opportunities are and how we can help.
”My focus will be on being visible and accessible, building those relationships and connecting brokers with the right people and solutions across Bspoke.”

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
