Insurance Times has published the full Five Star Rating Report: Commercial and Personal Lines 2025/26
The Five Star Rating Report: Commercial and Personal Lines 2025/26, published exclusively by Insurance Times, is now available in full to subscribers via online results microsites and a print publication.
The annual report – now celebrating its 20th year of publication – asked UK general insurance (UKGI) brokers to rate their personal lines and commercial lines suppliers on their products, support, pricing, presence and more, to determine the country’s favourite insurers.
As revealed in a February sneak-peek, six commercial lines insurers received a prestigious five star score, as did three personal lines insurers.
The report findings are based on a comprehensive Broker Service Survey, with feedback from 850 UKGI brokers collected between October and December 2025 underpinning the 2026 research edition.
