’Completing this transaction marks an important step forward,’ says chief executive

Insurance intermediary platform ANV Group has completed its acquisition of motor warranty MGA Car Care Plan (CCP) from AmTrust Financial Services.

Established in 1976, CCP provides vehicle warranties, asset protection products and after-sales support and administration to more than 30 OEMs and 2,500 dealers across approximately 100 countries.

The transaction also includes Dent Wizard Ventures (DWV), a UK provider of mobile vehicle repair and refurbishment services, together with CCP’s international subsidiaries operating across the US, Europe, Turkey and China.

“Completing this transaction marks an important step forward for CCP” said Ben Russell, chief executive at CCP.

“We look forward to building on the business we’ve established over nearly five decades and continuing to serve our OEMs, dealers and customers around the world.”

Substantial scale

ANV said the acquisition, which was first announced in August 2026, adds substantial scale to its existing operations and supports its strategy of building specialist insurance and protection businesses.

“CCP is a fantastic platform and an important addition to ANV’s credit and protection platform, bringing meaningful scale in the global vehicle warranty market,” said Adam Karkowsky, chairman and chief executive at ANV.

“We’re excited to welcome Russell and the team to ANV and look forward to supporting the business in its next phase of growth.”
